This year, the Centre for Community Based Research (CCBR) marks our 40th year doing and promoting community-based research. Founded in 1982, CCBR has been collaboratively facilitating community-based research and evaluation projects that are action-oriented, participatory and community-driven. We have learned so much through the communities we've partnered with, and we hope that you will come join and celebrate with us!
Join us on September 28th, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and see our new space at the Kindred Credit Union Centre for Peace Advancement at Conrad Grebel University College on the University of Waterloo campus.
The event will be informal, and drop-in, with opportunities to network and meet others interested in community-based research over the years. Brief remarks and reflections by staff and board members to begin at 4:15pm. Light refreshments will be offered.
