New Settlement Evaluation Hub is Launched!

ANNOUNCEMENT! The Centre for Community Based Research (CCBR), in partnership with the Evaluation Capacity Network (ECN) at the University of Alberta, has launched a new online hub for organizations who need support to evaluate their direct and indirect settlement services!

We offer self-directed resources and a host of services, from workshops tailored to specific communities to one-on-one support developing your evaluation or [integrating equity reporting into your existing plan]. We’ve provided services to hundreds of service provider organizations (SPOs), Local Immigration Partnerships (LIPs), and Umbrellas across Canada.
More specifically, our fee-based services can help you implement community-based evaluation in your organization in the following ways:
CONDUCT: We can help you to co-develop your theory of change (aligned with IRCC's logic model), co-design your methodology and information gathering tools, and even implement your evaluation overtime.
COACH: Let us be your talking partner as you explore evaluation options, trouble shoot, and adopt IRCC requirements such as GBA+.
TRAIN: We can customize specific workshops for your organization or community to build evaluation skills and effectively mobilize findings.
CERTIFY: Gain a certificate in community-based evaluation by completing our 14 hour online course, part of CCBR's Certificate Program.
