The MEHRIT Centre and CCBR will work collaboratively to build TMC’s overarching evaluation framework through collaborative research. Data collection in this project will include multiple qualitative methods (discussion boards, focus groups, interviews). Methods will be implemented with TMC staff, partners, and other stakeholders to 1) understand TMC’s service offerings through the lens of their strategic directions and 2) collect multi-stakeholder perspectives on the impact/outcome of their work in relation to TMC’s mission and vision. The final evaluation framework will highlight TMC’s theory of change, main evaluation questions, evaluation & monitoring tools and an implementation plan for TMC’s first cycle of evaluation. Multiple capacity building opportunities in community-based evaluation will be built into the process to ensure TMC staff have the knowledge and skills to implement the evaluation framework moving forward.
