From Recommendations to Action: Publicly Engaged Scholarship at University of Toronto Scarborough

Updated: Nov 17, 2022

The Centre for Community Based Research (CCBR) is excited to partner with the Office of the Vice-Principal Research and Innovation (OVPRI) at the University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC) to move recommendations into action from their working paper, Publicly Engaged Scholarship & Innovation: Towards Inclusive Excellence in Research

CCBR co-designed and facilitated a one-day event committed to moving recommendations into action around publicly engaged scholarship across the university and community. The event built on a longer-term engagement and consultation by UTSC on challenges and successes of collaborative, interdisciplinary and socially impactful scholarship with communities. The event took place on November 11, 2022.
