CCBR is supporting the evaluation of the IMvisible EMpowerment program led by New Brunswick Multicultural Council. This evaluation examines the program’s accomplishments over a three-year period, from April 2024 to March 2027, with a focus on assessing the program’s effectiveness in strengthening provincial capacity to support newcomer women’s employment, particularly in the areas of employee onboarding, hiring, and retention.

CCBR’s work includes reviewing and refining the program’s evaluation framework, including its logic model and evaluation tools, and supporting the assessment of key project activities, including employer training, an e-course, and an online film. CCBR will lead interviews with program staff and the primary community partner, Mosaik, to gain further insight into project processes.

Through this evaluation, CCBR is identifying program successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement while generating actionable insights to support future program development and alignment with funding expectations.
