Evaluation of the Digital Pilot for Settlement Information Delivery to Newcomers (The Bulletin)

CCBR is collaboratively designing an evaluation with the Newcomer Info Hub, a Refugee 613 project, for their Digital Pilot for Settlement Information Delivery to Newcomers (The Bulletin). The evaluation aims to assess the effectiveness of The Bulletin, gather lessons learned and best practices; while also assessing the impact it has in increasing access to trusted settlement information, and provide suggestions for sustaining this endeavor beyond the project period. To design the evaluation, CCBR will review project documents and conduct a brief landscape review of monitoring and evaluation frameworks and best practices specific to digital content dissemination and information distribution models in the settlement or non-profit sectors. In this design phase, CCBR is producing a performance measurement framework and an evaluation plan.
