Evaluation of a Digital Curriculum for Workplace Leadership Teams to Address Gender-Based Bias and Harm in the Workplace

CCBR is supporting the Sexual Assault Support Centre Waterloo Region (SASCWR) in piloting and evaluating a digital curriculum for workplace leadership teams focused on addressing gender-based bias and harm in the workplace. Funded through Women and Gender Equality Canada (WAGE), the project includes curriculum development, pilot delivery, and evaluation.

Steering Committee members will provide input on the curriculum and evaluation framework, pilot the curriculum, and validate the evaluation report. In addition to developing the evaluation framework and supporting pilot participant recruitment, CCBR will conduct focus groups with pilot participants, and analyze curriculum-based evaluation data, to assess impact and help improve the quality of the curriculum for future use.
