The Centre for Community Based Research (CCBR), in partnership with the Durham Local Immigration Partnership (DLIP), recently developed a comprehensive evaluation framework to assess the impact of DLIP and its initiatives in alignment with its 2025–2030 Community and Inclusion Plan. The Plan is grounded in three strategic pillars:

  1. Championing collective action

  2. Building inclusive communities

  3. Embracing innovation and responsiveness

The framework was co-developed with the support of a Steering Committee composed of staff and partners. It includes:

·       A clear purpose statement and guiding evaluation questions

·       A logic mode representing the Community Plan

·       Comprehensive quantitative and qualitative indicators aligned with DLIP’s goals, outcomes, and activities

·       A data collection plan outlining proposed methods, timelines, frequency, and roles

The resulting framework ensures that activities and practices are meaningfully aligned with the Community Plan pillars and advances DLIP’s strategic priorities.
