Dr. Anita Taylor is the Senior Director, Strategic and Institutional Priorities in the Office of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Anti-Racism at the University of Waterloo.  Prior to joining the University of Waterloo in 2021, she worked in progressive roles at Fanshawe College for a decade. She also served as a Board Committee member for the London Health Sciences Centre.

Dr. Taylor has a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Western University, and an MBA from the Edinburgh Business School in Heriot-Watt University, UK.

 

She is passionate about making a positive impact in her environment and serving the needs of her community.  When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, serving at her local church, volunteering, and completing jigsaw puzzles.
