Digital Messaging for Settlement and Integration Evaluation

This December, CCBR began a new project. It is a summative evaluation of the Digital Messaging for Settlement Integration (DMSI) project, which is a pilot, multi-year initiative that is in its final phase. Driven by grassroots networks of community members, groups and community partners, the project aims to use digital means to improve information flow within and between newcomers and settlement support providers, improve the effectiveness of settlement support and positively impact newcomers’ settlement and integration experience.
