As a social work student, I was immediately drawn to CCBR for its commitment to social change and their approach to community-based research. Research that involves the active participation of stakeholders across all research phases, and produces results driven by communities themselves, is something I want to learn more about and become a part of! During my time at CCBR, I am most looking forward to the variety of learning opportunities that I will be exposed to, and able to explore, as I develop and refine my practical research skills.

When I am not working or busy with school, I love to spend my time playing the ukulele, listening to music, playing board games, and spending (virtual) time with my loved ones.
