Masters of Arts in Community Engagement, University of Alberta

For the past few years, CCBR has been working with University of Alberta to build the evaluation capacity of the refugee sector across Canada through Evaluating Refugee Programs project.


University of Alberta has been promoting community-based approach to research for many years and now the School of Public Health has introduced a new program "Master of Arts in Community Engagement (MACE) that is an interdisciplinary, thesis-based degree that prepares students for the study and practice of community engagement to address pressing social issues.
