Demonstration Projects
This CURA project is not just about research. It is also about demonstrating and evaluating practice. As part of our five year research project, CURA partners clustered together to develop demonstration projects. Typically, a demonstration project is a pilot project designed to demonstrate theory in practice. Based on our reserach findings, several action-oriented ideas were generated by community members and practitioners. These ideas were developed into proposals for projects needed in the community.
Twelve project ideas were developed into project proposals. Six of these were funded.

Funded demonstration projects: A list of funded projects, including links to project pages can be found here.
The proposal development phase for all twelve proposals was evaluated, and four of the six funded projects were also funded.
