Presentation: Program Evaluation in Complex Systems

Andrew Taylor, a research director at CCBR, recently attended the 2009 Annual Conference of the Canadian Evaluation Society in Ottawa, Ontario.  Andrew delivered a presentation entitled ""How Program Evaluation Can Help Complex Systems Learn".  This presentation outlines his experiences in conducting evaluations in relation to complex, interconnected programs and advocates for building a "community of practice".  View the presentation here.
