Survey on Mental Health & Addictions Planning

The Honorable David Caplan, Minister of Health in the Province of Ontario has decided to develop a 10-year strategy to steer the course of the mental health and addiction system.  Over the months of April and May, the Minister is consulting with service providers and consumers through the Local Health Integration Networks (LHIN).  Locally, the Waterloo Wellington Addiction and Mental Health Network (in conjunction with Waterloo Wellington LHIN) is supporting this initiative.  The Core Action Group of the Network has engaged the Centre for Community-Based Research in Kitchener to assist in the creation of the survey and a summary of the findings.

This survey is intended as one method to provide input to the local response on behalf of the WWLHIN. Please take this opportunity to share your thoughts and perspective!
