Presentation to Peel Volunteer Administrators Network

In this session, Andrew Taylor provided a basic overview of the key ideas underlying program logic models.  He also explained how these models can help you take a more focused and strategic approach to measurement of program outcomes and communication with funders.  Andrew drew on examples from volunteer management and shared some simple strategies that can be used to you get started in outcome measurement.
